Hello, I'm Lauren and I live in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. I have lots and lots of thoughts and ideas floating around in my head so this blog is a selfish outlet for me to share with you a little about my life.
You will find lots of recipes and reviews on Plate of Waffle as I love food, love it! I love eating it, making it and researching it. There will also be a little bit of fashion thrown in there, some photography chucked in, mostly of my beautiful dog and lots of random ramblings of course.
I am in the process of planning my wedding and honeymoon for 2015 so I will be sharing the ups and downs with you too from time to time. Excited? Of course you are!
Weirdly, I love all things american, especially southern american and my recipes are usually influenced by this.  Another love of mine is the past, I love it visually, it's so beautiful. I wish I lived in Madmen and Downton Abbey at the same time, so much.
